Heliotropic

Feeling really fatigued today.  By lunchtime, I was completely exhausted, and burst into tears at the drop of a hat - always a sure sign I am crashing and need to rest.  I didn't really have a choice about taking the afternoon off - just had to give in and sign off sick.  It was a lovely day, so I sat on the sun lounger in the last of the sunlight in the back garden, moving a couple of times to stay in the last patch of it.
