Mini apple pies

There’s a house we pass every morning when we take Stanley, they’ve had a box out the last few days with fruit from their garden - free just take what you need (we got rid of our apple tree last year ) we took  five of the bramleys.
Back home and after brunch I made some sweet pastry for a batch of mini apple pies.
We shared the ugly one with a cup of tea two  not so ugly consumed with cream after dinner. The rest are frozen.
