Saturday. Dark clouds, and pretty gloomy and cold. Vanessa’s working in Folkestone this weekend, and the house was very quiet for most of the morning before the boys started to surface. It’s Milo’s birthday tomorrow so Ed has come to visit. Later on, when V had finished her shift, we cooked up a nice big cauldron of chilli to feed the troops.
