Treasure?

M&S disappeared from Canada many years ago, they just couldn't make a go of it. 
And we did miss them. Their clothes and of course their food.
Fast forward many years and the boss spotted this in one of the British shops and had to buy it. It's not "out of time" or anything so maybe we'll be able to get more in the future.
There are no instructions to dilute it.
What do the Brits think?
