Not Easy
On This Day In History
1875: Captain Webb becomes the first person to swim the English Channel
Quote Of The Day
"Nothing great is easy."
(Captain Matthew Webb)
Out early to beat the heat. Because it was forecast to be a little cooler I decided to do another 22 kilometer run. It was 28 degrees when I left home, forecast to reach 31 by 11:00. Actually, by the time I got home it was 34 degrees; no wonder I was flagging in the last four kilometers and had to walk from time to time. At least I kept moving forward though.
I probably won't be doing much this afternoon.
