Wild Plum……
A heavy frost this morning. The grass was very white where I walked and Ruby ran from the Purkiss Street entrance to the Taylor River Reserve and all the way to the Burleigh Bridge via the true right bank of the river. We had to cross the river via the footbridge section of the Burleigh Bridge. Then we returned via the true left bank. It was the longest river walk Ruby has done with me. There is a wild plum tree growing on the river bank. The blossoms are small and white and delicate.
I managed to get a garden bed weeded today while Ruby was having a nap in her crate/den. Her attempts at weeding are not helpful.
