Yesterday I picked a full bushel of tomatos. Today I ran the whole lot through the Victorio strainer. As you can see in the photo, the juice and some of the pulp is discharged to the left of the machene, but what doesn't show up so well is the discharge straight ahead of all the seeds, skin, and tough inner rine of the fruit. It does an awsome job but it isn't powered by a jet pack or anything. Progress is continuious but not fast.
Getting the bushel done took most of the day.
The pulpy juice will be frozen and turned into spaghetti sauce later. Maybe even this winter.
