Poppies

Work and some chores. Not very exciting.

There are things that just won’t grow in our garden - hellebores and poppies are just 2. We have spent a small fortune over the years on both. This poppy growing just past our drive gives me such mixed feelings - joy that it can thrive in a crack on the kerb but sadness that it would just die in my garden :-(
