A rose amongst

Well lots and lots as the sun goes down.
A little very welcome rain overnight with a very light drizzle am. Gradually brightened to a warm sunny day.
Attacked the nettles and brambles from the burn banks as the bed was dry and not even a trickle of water flowing.
Axed new growth from a sycamore stump and usual weeding and watering around the garden.
Drinks on the terrace and good not to have had to venture out.
Some kitchen drama with the freezer unfrozen.
