A full weekend schedule

Last night saw a tattoo and firework display in Kirkcudbright, but we did not attend. Today, there was a classic car show and a farmer’s market to occupy us. The car above is a Nissan Figaro, a few thousand were built 35 years ago for a special Nissan anniversary. The model proved so popular that you had to enter a lottery and win to be permitted to buy one. They have been one of my favourite cars for several years, and when I was invited to sit in this one, I accepted, and a photograph was produced as evidence.
