Meet Philip..

I was taking a picture of the sculpture when Philip and his dogs were walking by. We had an extended interchange. He is the airport manager in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. He spends his summers in Kelowna and he and his wife will be retiring here shortly.


He has a son in the Canadian military who has served 4 times in Latvia on the Russian border. We both are so proud of our Canadian Prime Minister Carney who stood with Zelenskyy today celebrating their Independence Day.
I thought having Philip in the picture rather than just the flower beds and sculpture was more interesting..thoughts?
