Too Good to Go

A very long, quiet Sunday and a very brief Blip as feeling absolutely drained. It’s been an exhausting and challenging week.

Rested a lot today and picked up this Too Good to Go Surprise Bag from Costa in town late afternoon.

£3.50 for a Tuna Melt, an All Day Breakfast toastie, and two pastries, one of which was an Apple and Cinnamon Whirl. Sunday night dinner sorted and doing my bit to reduce food waste. Absolute bargain too, ever mindful of my budget.

Enjoyed some fresh air and sunshine despite feeling so fatigued and pained, the patellar tendonitis is still giving me additional chronic pain and has been getting me down but trying my best to stay as positive as possible. I am doing the exercises and all the other things.
