The new tenant

There is a “house” on the corner of the road you turn on to go to my dad’s. To say it’s decrepit, unsanitary and a clear hazard would be understating its condition. It has only been inhabited a couple of times since 1995 with the last being well over 10 years ago. By people, I mean. I’m not sure when the deer moved in but today was my first time meeting the dad. Very handsome and quite easygoing.
(I feel like I need to add that to the LLC who bought the property back in Feb for back taxes and has done nothing to remediate the property or curb the dumping that occurs there regularly, shame on you. Same goes for the county and state that offer no real solutions to this kind of situation).
