Tide well out

Cycle ride to Wardie Bay to swim. A very light West wind, and a very little swell. More seaweed in the water and on the beach than last week. Saw a pair of cormorants or shags, one flapping to dry off, and terns as well as a turnstone.   Quite a few other people about too. 

Went on to The Pit, for coffee - it was busy. Then up the hill past the gasometer to the Ferry Road path and in that way. 

Walk in the afternoon to Victoria Park, by when it was much warmer, less sunny, and somewhat humid, 20C.
