Heddiw treulion ni'r rhan fwyaf o'r diwrnod yn gweithio ar un o'r pyllau. Roedd yr un hon ein pwll cyntaf, ugain mlynedd oed, mwy efallai, ac roedd e wedi bod yn gollwng. Felly roedd hi'n amser i ailosod y leinin pwll. Yr amser hwn rydyn ni wedi prynu leinin pwll caled.

Today we spent most of the day working on one of the ponds. This one was our first pond, twenty years old, maybe more, and it had been leaking. So it was time to replace the pond liner. This time we have bought a hard pond liner.

But our problem now was to remove the old pond liner first. There were many plants in the pond and heavy mats of roots. After working for hours we now have buckets of mud, buckets of plants to throw away, and buckets of plants to keep. And a big hole where the pond was.

While I was digging in the pond, Nor'dzin found time to trim and tidy up the garden. She always finds something to do

We were tired at the end of the day and were looking forward to replacing the pond liner when we have the energy.
