Sunday At Hill of Tarvit

Today’s entry shows the terrace along the principal facade of the Mansionhouse with the sundial sculpture at first floor level 
and in the centre.

Another day of guiding and all went well with many visitors interested in the paintings. The guides have details of  each painting and can you usually most questions.

I took today’s entry as Pat and I walked to the summerhouse where the gardeners sell their vegetable produce. Purchases made we headed home.

The extra shows a detail from the Hunting Tapestry in the Great Hall and shows the face of a dog having second thoughts about confronting the boar.
