Round Two

Back at YorkGate for the holiday Monday.
This is the little shop where you pay to buy any plants. It doesn’t open until 11am , giving people time to look round the garden first.
Converted it to black and white for Mono Monday.
For those that liked yesterday’s blip this is the building you can see at the top of the meadow flowers.
The garden is not usually open on a Monday and maybe that’s why we were quiet again at breakfast though we did get busier at lunchtime. Not the mad rush we can often get but the time went quickly.
I brought a slice of quiche home instead of cake, will have it with salad later.
Very hot and sunny again, too hot for me in the garden but l will do some work there this evening.
So l made up a bin liner of goods to take to the charity shop l support.
Bought an ice cream cone after dropping it off and sat on The Grove and listened to a bit of live music.
Yesterday l recorded The John Williams Film Prom from the Royal Albert Hall on the BBC and l’m just listening to it now.
