Thai style turkey salad

With kohlrabi, tomatoes, mint and coriander from the garden.

Very straightforward drive home from York this morning. No gear change needed between joining the A64 and the traffic lights on the East Lancs Road a mile or so from home. My strategy of leaving fairly early (just after 8:30am, so nothing silly) meant that I got past the Leeds festival
before the crowds started.

Then laundry, supermarket, lawn mowing, and other jobs in the garden. The green waste wheelie bin is full of trimmings from the bay tree (and there’s at least the same again that needs to come out - it’s growing very vigorously)
