Cataract

Well, here he is, for the purposes of recording the event. All appears to have gone well. He was delighted that the surgeon was a woman.

And once we were home (a horrible drive in and back home again to fetch him in horrendous Edinburgh traffic), I realised how stressed I must have made myself as relaxing has left me feeling extremely tired.

A very simple bolognese for supper, which I prepared before leaving the house. I have taken a day's leave to make sure I provide appropriate support, getting used to the eye drops, etc. and I'm planning to be pretty damn strict about that.
