High summer in the garden

The roses are still blooming well in our garden,  whether in pots or in the ground.

This afternoon we attended a party hosted by our ukulele teacher and his wife. The weather was perfect for relaxing in their garden. They had prepared salads and their sons in law barbecued a huge range of delicious food for us all. There were also amazing desserts prepared by other uke students who are professional chefs. What a treat!'
