Pre-Match

After a couple of chores, I popped down into town to meet a couple of friends for brunch. We all chose differently, but I had serious food envy, and know what I will choose next time, if they do a veggie version! We had a great catch up, and emerged into brilliant sunshine a couple of hours later.

I didn’t need any lunch, so got back to my chores, then took BB to rugby, for a pre-season friendly. TT and I then wandered down to watch. It’s not often that you need to put sun tan cream on when you go to watch rugby, but today was one of those days. It was glorious. BB was playing at 15 today,- as their usual 15 is injured. BB played well, but came off in the second half with an injury. Hopefully nothing serious. BB’s team played well, especially as they were playing a team who are a few leagues above them.

We decided to have a barbecue for tea, so picked some stuff up. I did some prepping then went for a walk. We ate when I got back.

BB appeared home for no more than ten minutes. He got changed and then headed out to catch a bus to Edinburgh with friends. We had a quiet rest of evening.
