Apoos Americana

Ground nut/potato bean. I found it growing in the field.today. Apparently, both the tubers and the beans are edible.and nutritious.. quite the find!
I cleaned house this morning and J mowed grass. Then we had lunch and went to a neighboring town to pick up oil for the tractor. Then back home. Fed the animals and now resting. All in all a good day.
