Small Copper

had a bit of a shock when we were watching TV last night, when one of the neighbourhood cats calmly strolled through the lounge heading to the backdoor coming from the dining room! Goodness knows how long he'd been in there but it seems we're going to have to check the house now before locking up for the night!!,

Warm sunshine again today so I've managed to get out for a spot of birdwatching and picking more blackberries!  Nice to see the spoonbills again as they were a bit more active today and also nice to still see a few more butterflies about, including this small copper who was in the little churchyard I took a short cut through.
