A day of very limited mobility.

Permanent back pain is not only a pain in the back, it's a pain in the bahookie.

There's an all day workshop tomorrow - that'll be fun.  Juddered to work on public transport for an hour, then 8 hours sitting on chairs that are not good for me, listening to people lying to me that everything is brilliant and then there's the invitation to join them for beers and pizza...

Bugger that, there's a bus at just before 2 - you'll find me on that.
