A high water line,

with the area looking tidy and calm.  A pleasure to stand and stare.  

An early start to get a place for John on the ferry for Friday morning, the ferry system is madness, it worked though and on to make Chelsea buns for two visitors this coffee here this morning. Fortunately the cheese scones worked out well, the buns were OK. My culinary skills are very much lacking in recent weeks, possibly a holiday will help. 

Ted was playful earlier, finding a toy from his kitten days and giving it some. He did look cute.
