Sea Life or Seafood...

Not quite sure of the significance of the latest post box topper. I'm fairly sure that in days long gone people used to send kippers as a gift through the Royal Mail, but given the rather sluggish delivery times we experience these days I wouldn't fancy eating any marine life that was popped in the post.
