Longlegs

The evenings of long legs has come. Shades this time of year appear longer than usual, maybe it has to do with the quality of the light and the clear air. The sun is equally low during summer but this effect isn't as noticeable then. Daytime still has the summer feel but as soon as the sun goes down there is a bite to the air that wasn't there a few weeks ago. 

An old guitarstudent who hasn't been here for two years wanted a few more lessons from me. Great fun to do a bit of teaching again, I really like that.

I'm on the last leg of the woodchopping, hoping to finish it tomorrow. The really big logs demand a machine to split. I'm using my landlords wood-splitter, a powerful tool that I'll try to remember to take a foto of tomorrow.
