Sitting High: Falling Low
It's unusual for me to bother taking a shot of a bird in the top of the silver birch at the end of our garden from my seat on the patio. I get much closer views of goldfinches on the bird table from the house.
I was just proving to The Man that I could identify goldfinches from their song so, while he had the Merlin App listening, I pointed the camera.
I say "Falling Low" as I spread myself across the village hall floor today. I'd been out, thankfully with the phone, not the Canon, taking videos of the Holiday Club children having fun with the playchute. I was making my way back into the hall when I tripped on the door surround. I crashed to the floor on my hip which was already sore along with my knee.
The kids had a great morning, we have a talented team organising the activities.
