Swanpool

A morning of procrastination (and a most excellent home cooked breakfast) then a dip at Swanpool, ice cream reward and home for a MrRoly paella and ‘Sense & Sensibility’

An early start tomorrow to trek to Derriford for blood tests. Good that immunology are doing stuff again. Bad that they need to (another random swelling flare up. Deep joy!)
