Trying Tuesday

Today has been a tough day, my fibro pain has been off the scale today and I have felt rather useless, grumpy and exhausted.

I was meant to get bloods done today but I did not feel well enough so I need to reschedule. I was very reluctant to postpone but my fibro has drained me today.

I managed a shower which felt like climbing ten mountains energy wise and a brief trip to the supermarket which I only forced myself to do due to necessity. My spasms have been particularly horrendous today. I was grateful for the sunshine.

Got my Duolingo Ukrainian and Welsh completed and Blipped this arrival in today’s post - most welcome on a higher chronic pain and fatigue day. 

I had an email a few weeks ago to inform me I had won an advance copy of this book so that is now on my to read shelf. Looking forward to reading it. Loved the little card they included, a very thoughtful detail.
