I was in DC again today. It was empty. People are afraid to come. People who live there are afraid to come out. The restaurants are hurting. 

A small group of veterans is staging a sit in in Union Station to protest the National Guards being deployed to occupy DC.

Ukrainian men aged 18 to 22 are now allowed to cross the border freely in either direction. Previous regulations introduced after Russia's invasion barred men aged 18-60 from leaving the country even though men that age can’t be conscripted.

The BBC has an article about vapes (!!!) being repurposed into power banks and sent to Ukraine to be used as energy sources for drones, phones, and night vision devices. Wow.
