It rained!

Yesterday we were doubtful that the rain forecast would actually happen, but it did - for some minutes. I had to take a picture of our hanging basket which has not fared terribly well this year, as there are real raindrops on the petunias. Later, in the early evening it rained again, well at least for a minute or two.
In other news: MR MC's ear is really bothering him now which is bad of course, but the really exciting news is that a GP managed to see him with several hours of his phoning the surgery.  He is on a course of antibiotics and next week will go to have the wax removed, privately as the GP surgeries don't do that anymore.
