Still around

I did not follow the life at the nest as closely as I did in previous years, but I stop by every once in a while, and am happy to see one of the young females visit the nest. 
We know that the mother migrates first. We know that the male stays behind to teach the young how to dive and catch fish, and how to fly. I do not know when the young are able to migrate nor if they leave alone nor when the male migrates.
