Tops Away For Cleaning

One of my theories is that when the clouds are so low that you can't see the tops of the hills it's because they have been taken away for cleaning. This is also why the tops of the hills are usually very clean. There is absolutely no scientific evidence or levels of sanity to back this up mind, so maybe don't quote me on it :-)
