Kvass

My current tipple of choice is kvass brewed in Edinburgh.  This is proper kvass, like real ale it still has live yeasts and bacteria present and isn't filtered or pasteurised.  I.enjoy the taste, like a slightly sweet ale, without bitterness from hops. It's non alcoholic and claimed to be very good for your gut health. Info here if you're interested.
