The sucker fish

I was impressed that pictures of the fishtank turned out so well. The pictures of the frog tank were awful - always catching a glare. Cracked me up when Sucker posed in front of the sign and attached himself to the marble! He has tripled in size in 6 months. And he does such a fine job of housekeeping that I've never even cleaned the tank.

We now have 3 fish tanks and a pond. A couple weeks ago we gave the pond a good cleaning. It was filthy, the pump had stopped working, the waterfall was leaking and the fish were gone. Well, we thought they were gone. As we emptied out the last of the water, getting down to the sludge, we spied a 4 inch goldfish! And then about 30 gray baby goldfish! I caught them all (until 10:00 at night!) and took them over to a friend's pond. Now that the pond is up and running, we've got the fish home. My son chews up bubble gum, puts it on a string and dangles it in the water. The fish come to the gum and he catches them with a net! He's been collecting them in his bedroom fishtank. The thrill is all in the pursuit for him!

Sucker is getting so big I wonder if he will need swim in the big pond soon!
