detour

The plan was to go biking this evening, but it didn't come to fruition.

I ended up in the garden for two hours cleaning my bikes instead. Lots of ingrained muck to clean off. Then new lubricant and grease to apply.

Now my fingers have ingrained muck in the cracks.
I'm going to a wedding tomorrow, have to buy nail varnish in the morning to colour-coordinate with my dress. Luckily my shoes are black so fingers stained with bike oil will match.
