Monday Morning

Met up with Dennis again today in Nero (breakfast). Listening to his chat is v interesting!

Last night I had a BPPV which is awful. I last had it in 2014 also in the night time and had to call 111 as really had no idea what was happening to me. Falling over to one side as if being pushed and eyes unable to fix on anything was so scary. This time I knew it was a crystal/calcium dislodged in the inner ear. There is something called the Eply manoeuvre to get it back , or move, but I didn’t need to do that this time as it seemed to fix itself.

Anyway, I felt quite drained all day so took it easy . Did walk home though .

Our neighbours across the road, Sue and Colin are getting their drive done and it’s all systems go with diggers and skips etc.
