Scraping, Again

After a whole morning of scraping and sanding down a friend's garage door ready for painting, it's hard to believe that there were 3 layers of paint on the this handle!
Grey seems to be all the rage at the moment which was, applied this afternoon with some "special" water based metal paint, which flowed quite graciously (not gloopy) with the brush despite drying fast in the hot weather. Second coat tomorrow.
