This is a quickly snatched long lens shot. It’s a wee bit cooler today. Before global warning was evident, I always thought Scottish summers tended to tail off around the end of August, so this might still be the case.
    I’ve had my head down writing and trying to form my memoir tapestry. Bridport want a maximum of 8,000 words as an initial submission. I’m now at 7,500 so it’s in the right zone, althought I’m sure there will still be much tinkering around the edges. I’ve been doing regular 2-3 hour sessions this week, which is unusual for me. I put that  down to having a clearer head due to reduced medication.
