Scar Top Chapel

This is Scar Top chapel which overlooks Ponden Reservoir, near Stanbury & Haworth.
It is thought to be Gimmerton chapel in Wuthering Heights.
Built in 1818 as an independent place of worhip it was enlarged and refurbished in 1869 and remains exactly as it was then to this day. Current regular congregation approx. ten (with a distinct lack of younger members) !!
