I am battling to do regular blips, so am not going to pressurize myself! We just seem to be so busy with sorting and a million other things. Good news is that our main house is sold. The couple that came to view it loved it and made an immediate cash offer!! So hopefully the studio will soon be sold ... the prospective buyers are so wanting to be the new owners but it depends on the sale of their home.
We visited our new unit today to see the flooring that has been laid. It looks lovely. The kitchen will be installed next week. The photo is a view from our unit over the gardens. 
I will continue to follow your blips, but I wilI go quiet for a while.
