Plum Jam

A second batch of plum jam using the recipe in the Observer a couple of weeks ago. Verby easy to make…the most difficult part was getting the labels off the jars I had saved! 

Today I went for a swim at 8 am and again so few in the pool. I have then done lots of jobs around the house including sorting out all my roasting trays etc as I had bought some new ones …a few went into the recycling bin.

We had three very sudden heavy showers today so no need to go to the allotment but I did pot up a couple of plants in my garden between storms. Huge puddles in the car park when I went to a Pilates class with a friend late pm and we had a coffee and cake after too.
