A Moment of Tranquility

M is missing dinner tonight as he is attending an event. So, after doing some gardening this morning, we treated ourselves to lunch at the Blakeney Hotel, to keep him from getting hungry later.

Blakeney was very busy today, and we had a grandstand view of the activity on the quay from our dining table. We couldn’t help noticing how many people had Dachshunds, they seem a very popular dog breed. I can see why, they are rather cute.

We retired to a cosy corner of the hotel lounge for our coffee where I took this photo on my phone.
