A bit of an emergency blip, as nearly all of today has been dull and wet. I caught this on a quick errand in town; ten minutes later I was glad to be wearing a waterproof jacket. 
The weather forecaster has issued a blip warning over the next few days for lots of pictures of raindrops, puddles etc. The EBs are on standby.
