End of the holidays

A trip to the gym followed by a coffee at the Courtyard cafe in Dalby. Coffee from Filey and a very quiet cafe. The young ladies running it were rather relieved after being busy over Bank Holiday.

Still a few families around enjoying the Visitor Centre or the Go Ape. 

We saw Anna the excellent MND nurse. Lots of decisions to be made about what Richard wants or does not want as his condition deteriorates. For us as a family it is important to know what his wishes are on the difficult journey ahead. However it needs to be taken slowly so as not to overwhelm him.
