Pork

Well we said we needed rain!  Both my (large) water butts are now pleasingly full and the grass is that distinct shade of muddy brown rather than straw. It won't be anywhere near enough - we need weeks of it for that - but it's a start.

I wasn't quite so excited on the way to the office but it serves me right for picking the wrong shoes. My feet were dry by lunchtime.

A quiet Friday tonight. We've got to go and cut the MiLs garden back tomorrow, enough to get the house clearance people in next week, so Himself is a bit quiet and didn't fancy going out. He's cooking a yummy BBQ pork dish instead. I'm not complaining..
