Sinuous Chanterelle

This unprepossessing little fungus is my pride and joy. It rejoices in the name Pseudocraterellus undulatus or Sinuous Chanterelle. I discovered it first when we were reccying for Saturday's foray. Our local recorder has only 2 very old (1909 and 1965) and flaky records for it in the North Derbyshire area. It is on the Red Data List as vulnerable. I am pretty confident I have identified it correctly, but I have a small specimen to pass one to our recorder for verification. It is related to the Chanterelle and the Trompette de Mort
I had a trip back to the site where I found it, in the hope of getting a decent photo, but it is in a shady spot on a very steep bank, so not exactly easy to capture.
