Ben Macdui & Cairn Gorm

Andy and I left Aboyne this morning just after 7am for the 2 hour drive west to the Cairngorm Ski Centre.

Our hills today were Scotlands 2nd highest Munro, Ben Macdui and one of its neighbours Cairn Gorm.

We got relatively lucky with the weather and enjoyed a fine traverse. We (early) celebrated with a bottle of beer in the Ptarmigan cafe near the summit.
