ParkRun

Early breakfast with P who has been overnighting for the past couple of days, and then a better than expected ParkRun retracing part of last night’s bat walk. Feeling less than 100% I walked a bit but managed to get my fastest time this year. I did run fast down the hills successfully overtaking a dog and someone who looked as if she might be in my age group, annoyingly I still only came 4th. Roll on two birthdays.
